Solo performance

Nudity as sacred performance. When not performing I often make a living working as a life model, which means being unclothed, keeping long poses and reaching a deeply contemplative state of mind. Being nude for long hours in such a context, made

me aware that our skin breaths. There is no periphery my body could experience, my senses travelled further than I thought possible and holding on to stillness lead to a somehow heightened perception. This is live art testing physicality from within.
